Mike and Vicki’s wedding in Vegas was definitely a memorable one. From the Choral Suite on the 61st floor of Mandalay Bay to the the after party at the Foundation Room and Ghostbar, the views were nothing less than breathtaking! These two make a great couple, and you could tell by the way Mike’s 15 and 20 year old sons welcomed Vicki to their family! Mike and Vicki were kind enough to invite us to come along and celebrate such a beautiful event! Here’s just a few of the images from their wedding…

Tonight I had a chance to get to know Joe and Julia a little better, and let me tell you, they are an awesome young couple! They are two of the nicest and most cheerful people you’ll ever meet. Joe works for the railroad, which of course meant we had to start out on the tracks. After that we ended up heading out towards Kern Canyon for a more rural look! I am so excited to be shooting their wedding next weekend! I’ve been editing the images from Derek and Ally’s wedding on Mother’s Day and I am having trouble choosing my favorites. They are such an adorable couple, I just love them all! There will definitely be more images from this stunning wedding very soon, but here are a couple to tide everyone over until they are ready!
Derek and Ally are getting married in just seven days! I cannot wait to capture their wedding. It only takes a few minutes together with this awesome couple to realize how madly in love with each other they are. Such a wonderful pair, they spread joy and excitement like wildfire to those around them!
Allison from Engaged and Inspired emailed me a few days ago and asked if she could feature Garrett and Stephanie’s wedding photos. She said she had simply fallen in love with the dress that Stephanie chose, and I know how she feels, because the day of the wedding I couldn’t get enough of that dress! It is gorgeous, not to mention Garrett and Stephanie are make an adorable couple and the wedding was amazing! So today’s post is actually not on my blog, but on hers. Sunday’s shoot in Santa Barbara was so much fun… I had the honor of doing maternity photos for two of our good friends! Sean and Jenny are expecting their first little bundle of joy in mid-May, and I was so excited to be able to document a little piece of Jenny’s pregnancy.
As many of you may already know, Jenny is well known in the wedding industry as the owner of the fabulous bridal store Little White Dress and Sean is a philanthropist who recently founded a non-profit organization dedicated to raising awareness and finding a cure for Myotonic Muscular Dystrophy called Socks-On. Anyone who has ever met this couple knows that they are two of the funniest and nicest people you will ever hang out with.
Sunday also happened to be my dad’s birthday, and since he shares my love of photography I asked him to accompany me on the shoot. On the way home, he commented several times on what a great couple Sean and Jenny are, and I couldn’t agree more. I know without a doubt that Baby Grayson will be welcomed with loving arms to these two great parents! A big thank you goes out to Jenny and Sean for showing us such a good time, and another thank you to my dad for taking some time out of his birthday to come help me out on a shoot!
